Marc Yardley | Managing Director

An early career in the licensing trade prepared Marc for challenging service environments. With a drive to deliver operational excellence, Marc says “Operations at the sharp end is not easy, but with our cutting-edge recruitment, scheduling and deployment systems I always know exactly who is where and what they are doing so I can ensure our clients are always supported”.

Graham Parker | Sales & Accounts Director

With over 30 years at RAS, Graham began as a Stock Taker and progressed through various roles across the business. His hands-on experience ensures he understands what excellence looks like for clients. Graham is committed to delivering consistent customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous service improvement.

Neil Hopkins | Store Support Director

Neil, now Director at RAS, brings 17 years of experience, having progressed from Project Manager to Head of Store Support. Joining the UK Operating Board, he will lead operational enhancements, leveraging his expertise and dedication to uphold the highest standards in supporting stores and driving company success.

Lee Singers | Head of Sales & Accounts

With extensive industry experience, Lee leads retail transformation through innovative people and technology solutions. Lee specialises in business development, project management, and leadership, driving client success and growth. A certified APM Full Member, he focuses on sustainable, impactful solutions.

Tom McNally | Finance Director

Tom ensures that we have the funds to invest in ideas and technologies that will generate value for both RAS and its clients and is committed to managing our businesses’ and customers’ finances in an ethical and sustainable manner.
