Expanding Support and Delivering Efficiency
In 2018, following a successful re-tender process, RAS was awarded additional regions to support the DIY retailer’s operations. To meet the demands of this growth, we up-skilled our colleagues and introduced consolidated roles to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Transforming the Canterbury Site
One notable project was the transformation of the retailer’s Canterbury site. Tasked with optimising the store to match sales volume while allowing for cross-footfall from another retailer taking over newly available space, RAS delivered a comprehensive service solution.
Our role encompassed every stage of the project, from stock exit to merchandising, ensuring continuity and efficiency throughout. By choosing RAS, the retailer successfully met their project objectives on time, with minimal disruption.
